Slack 一書中提到中階主管是在做組織改造為了未來做調整砍掉這部分,看起來是讓組織沒有肥油但是也是讓組織失去改變的彈性現在公司都傾向讓大家很忙誰不忙就把它砍掉,或是變得很忙所以大家就會忙到無法去改善因此很忙的這個現狀就會一直存在下去這是目前多數公司無法改善的原因嗎?
